Every notice sent through DepositsBack.app uses USPS Certified Mail with a unique tracking number. Acceptance, delivery status, and timestamps stay attached to your case.

What you get

When your notice goes out, you’ll see:

Tracking number appears on your case dashboard within hours of submission
Acceptance confirmation when USPS scans the envelope into the mail stream
Delivery status updates as it moves through USPS — in transit, out for delivery, delivered
Final delivery timestamp with the date, time, and (if available) signature

All of it is included in your Complete Case Bundle if you download it later.

Where to find tracking

Your tracking number is visible on your case dashboard under Mail Tracking. You can also look it up directly on the USPS website using the same number.
