Refund Policy
Overview
Refunds are available based on the stage of your case. Once a notice has been accepted for printing and mailing by our provider, refunds are not possible. Please review your notice carefully before approving.
Full refund available
- Payment completed, notice not yet generated — full refund
- Notice generated, not yet approved for sending — full refund
- Technical failure or duplicate charge — full refund. Contact us with details.
The Complete Case Bundle is a digital case-records document included in your $49.99 package, available to generate after delivery for your records or attorney review. It is not separately purchased and has no separate refund window. Refund eligibility follows the certified-notice stages listed above.
No refund
- Notice approved and accepted for mailing — no refund once the notice has been submitted to USPS for mailing
If your notice was generated but not yet approved for mailing, contact us — we review these on a case-by-case basis.
Follow-up notice
For products including a follow-up notice, refund eligibility applies independently to each notice based on its current stage.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How to request
Email support@depositsback.app with your account email, case reference number, and reason. We respond within 3 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence of service delivery.
